ASSA OEM AB is a company within the ASSA ABLOY Group, and was established on 1 June 2007 through a merger of three companies; Assa Industri AB, AB FAS lock factory and FIX AB. ASSA OEM develops, manufactures and markets and distributes a wide range of locks and fittings for windows, doors and cabinets. The company is the market leader in Scandinavia with a strong foothold in other countries. ASSA OEM AB has operations iskilstn Euna and Gothenburg.
