Conditions and form for the return of returnable packaging.

Here you find the conditions surrounding return of returnable packaging and the return form to be used.

After completion of the return form it can be either e-mailed - directly by clicking the link in the document or manually by using the e-mail address , or sent via fax to +46-31-14 93 73.

Please note that the form Return of returnable packaging shall be correctly completed and sent to ASSA OEM, unit Gothenburg, at least one week prior to the planned shipment. If approved, a confirmation of the accepted return delivery will then be sent from ASSA OEM. Please read the Conditions document for further information.
